Johnson Controls - Facility Explorer® (FX) Field Controller Engineering Certification- 4714 Burnaby

Over the course of 5 days participants will receive an overview of the FX Field Controller system, create programs from standard tree systems using the Programmable Controller and Commissioning tool, then connect to the controllers through a wi-fi connection and download their code into the controllers after setting up the hardware and software to communicate properly.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Identify the purpose and capability of the various Controllers
• Launch the CCT application
• Create applications for common mechanical systems using the system selection tree
• Simulate applications
• Modify applications to allow sharing of data between controllers
• Add additional control logic to a standard application
• Use a CWCVT / MAP to transfer CAF Files and Commission controllers
• Set up a wireless communication bus
• Modify applications using standard modules and blocks
• Troubleshoot systems using the CCT application

Students are required to have their own laptop with a licensed version of CCT installed. Training demos come with latest controllers and accessories for a hands-on training experience.  Students will receive factory training certificate at the completion of the training.
