ENERGY USE PROFILES - A variety of routine analyses will indicate energy inefficient facilities that would benefit from operational or conservation measures.
ENERGY USAGE ANALYSIS - Your energy usage is tracked and reviewed on a monthly basis to detect and resolve discrepancies and perform energy cost and performance analyses.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS - To manage your energy as efficiently as possible, a historical energy profile database is created for your facility. Yorkland Controls will coordinate and analyze the collected data on a regular basis to monitor the impact of our recommendations.
ENERGY AUDITS - Energy audits assess your energy situation and help identify projects that will increase your energy savings as well as the efficiency and reliability of your equipment. We work closely with audit providers to ensure all potential recommendations as maximized.
Remote monitoring services are part of Yorkland's single source concept and commitment to lower overall systems costs. We assist with the following:
- Monitor all generated alarms 24 hours per day via a fully dedicated computer monitoring system. Notification to the customer will occur of all critical alarms.
- Analyze, record, and report on all alarms. Emergency or critical alarms are to be dispatched to a designated contact at the customer. Maintenance alarms will be forwarded on a timely basis to the customer.
- A reasonable amount of customer requested programming changes/adjustments will be made by Yorkland at no additional cost during the first year of operations.
